Poaching isn’t just something that happens within a sovereign nation like Zimbabwe and Nepal. It also happens over international waters where there are no enforcement bodies. Because there are no official rangers over international waters, anti-poaching groups like Sea Shepherds are the animal guardians of the sea. Every year, thousands of whales are poached by whaling vessels disguised as research vessels. Animal Guardians team has been working to put a stop to their efforts since 1977. Check out this video of the Sea Shepherds in action.
